On facing max hangars

Well... Shit happens :( Such kind of matches are well known issue and we are looking into our ways to fix it



On Legend League

I really hope we will please you with a Legendary League update later this year :)



More even hangars on each team vs wait time

Longer MM waiting time --> more players abandon queue and the game --> worse business metrics --> less money --> less options to support the game

It's a bit exaggerated but you should get the idea. I really don't like this idea, as players in general really don't like to wait - there was a post in WR official page about the MM Merge results, you can see the results: players are abandoning queue less frequently when match starts faster.



On wasting boosters while waiting for matches

Yep, that's really old feedback and we noted it few months ago. A change to the entire boosters system will come later, but not sure this or next year



Do more than 6v6

We are fine with 6 vs 6 at the moment



Base MM on clan rank

By that you are forcing people to do what they must, not what they want. Bad design.



Honor boosters

If it would be only me, i'd cut them from the game entirely, as Honor is an integral index of your combat performance and you should get what you've earned :)



Make the MM based on hangars

We are researching this question actually, but i'm not sure it is the best solution as there are a lot of corner cases. We call it a "gearscore" internally, and yes, using it as a PART of the MM (together with Leagues) looks like a good idea, yet it's a very dangerous move from the business perspective. If we will decide to do it - we will move slowly with tons of tests.. Any system that depends on in-battle performance breaks the moment you changed something in Hangar e.g. put 5 Leech after playing with 5 Destriers.And this is exactly why we moved away from this system :). And what happens if I am a 5-years seasoned veteran who decided to put the whole hangar of Mk1-1 Destriers and go ruin new players experience? MK1-1 Destrier + MK2-12 Atomizer is a baaaaaad combo for new players. Currently the system takes in consideration your League points, not your current League (with some restrictions ofc)



Chest and Operations progression

They are not exponential, they are more mathematical plus you are gathering more Honor with Leagues progression.

But yeah, Ops works better than League chests. Based on stats, Champ league players have about 40% more battles per day than the League before, this is the reason of this "jump". As we have the whole analytical picture on entire playerbase, we rely on average values and according to it, it takes about the same time to reach Champs creates (in days) comparing to Masters



Tankers

There is already a gatekeeping system but cannot negate such kind of attitude on 100%. Later on, we will implement a system that will help to report abusive players. We've been fighting so-called "Tanking" for the last 2 years and made really great progress in it according to our analytics. Besides, now there is a league coefficient for Honor that makes tanking kinda weird, as you are actually earning more (on average) in higher leagues.



Steam issues

On one hand, you are right, those are not the priority platforms for us and we do not drive players there, so we should include it in general MM queue. On another - that way we give a kinda unfair advantage to those players (precise targeting and stuff). So I'm can't say if it's a good idea or not, to be honest. Besides, we understand that direct port of the mobile game to PC was not our brightest idea and we could enhance it in a way. I believe, there won't be any solution for this this year.
