This is lightly edited by me to make it flow here, but I'm sharing V0X chat (mostly Adrian's and Sith Mechs) thoughts on Disguise Unit, Quantum Sensor, and Scorpion:

I think it's actually an indirect nerf to Titans. You are trading 27% firepower in the universal slot for QS. Titans fight Titans, not mosquito Ao Juns, which do little damage to a max titan.
By releasing the Disguise Unit for regular robots it's harder for a Plasma Ao Ming to hit the bot. So the Ao Ming player has to either invest in a Quantum Sensor and lose 27% damage, or allow bots with Disguise Unit to capture beacons / attack other bots and Titans, etc. It’s a trade off.
Top tier squad battles with max titans do not care about "foot soldiers." They only care about other Titans. But Scorpion is a game changer. Several Scorpions blinking behind an Ao Ming with Death Mark and cryo weapons WILL be a threat.
Teleport, hit with Death Mark, blink back behind cover. Rinse and repeat.
And if the Scorpion has Disguise Unit, you won't be able to hit it unless you have Quantum Sensor.
Will Scorpion break the game? Well everyone said the exact same thing about the Brit Bots, the Dash Bots, Spectre, Ares, then Leech.
