The Tsar is a mid-range (up to 500 meters) alpha rocket weapon.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Splash attribute allows it to penetrate physical shields
  • Huge damage per rocket
  • Quick reload for such tremendous damage
  • 500m range allows it to engage in mid-range gunfights
  • Can essentially hit multiple enemies at once with long splash radius
  • Defense mitigation allows partial to full negation of damage resistance
  • can hit enemies behind cover due to splash damage

Cons

  • Inneffective at close range against specialised brawling weapons
  • Ineffective against energy barriers
  • Rather long reload in general
  • Excess damage will be absorbed by destroyed shields

StrategyEdit

Strategy

The Tsar is a huge superheavy rocket launcher capable of bypassing physical shields, and as such it should be played like one. It deals tremendous damage per rocket, then proceeds to reload for four seconds, which leaves a huge opening for the enemy to take advantage of. Try to take cover behind whatever there is in order to protect your Titan for the time being. Minimizing exposure time is key as the Tsar unloads in one shot, so the quicker you get into cover, the better, with no downsides whatsoever.
