Introduction
The Debilitating Defender is a C-type microchip.
Strategy
As the Debilitating Defender allows for a temporary defense system upon reaching half lock-down charge, it is best installed on a Drone which is usually commandeered along with a beacon runner robot, such as Phantom or even Loki. This allows the robots to survive longer while locked down, provided the lock-down charge does reach 100%.
Another tactic when using a Drone mounted with the Debilitating Defender is to purposely try and get the attention of an enemy mounted with lock-down weapons. When you have accumulated 50% lock-down charge, you can run away with a temporary damage resistance system.
